What to fill in before you tee off
- The course name, the date and the tees you are playing.
- Par and stroke index for all 18 holes — copy them from the tee box or the club card.
- Each player's name and playing handicap, so shots can be applied at the end.
- The format: strokeplay, Stableford, matchplay or a team scramble.

Which template should I use for a society day?
Use the four-player Stableford template. It has a points column beside each hole so the winner can be worked out as soon as the last group finishes.
Can I use these cards in a club competition?
Club competitions normally require the official card issued by the club. These templates are ideal for practice rounds, societies, matches and holiday golf.
